80 Bites

80 Bites is an iPhone app based on the science of conscious eating. Research shows that 80 bites per day is all our bodies need to feel full. Eventually, your body adjusts and eating consciously becomes effortless. 80 Bites is the perfect tool for raising awareness about how much we are actually consuming and helping us make incremental steps towards change.
