MoodPanda.com is a mood tracking website and iphone app. Tracking is very simple: you rate your happiness on a 0-10 scale, and optionally add a brief twitter-like comment on what’s influencing your mood. MoodPanda is also a large community of friendly people, sharing their moods, celebrating each others’ happiness, and supporting each other when they’re down.

RunKeeper

RunKeeper is a mobile application available on iPhone and Android to track your runs: distance, duration, speed, and calories consumed. The mobile application uses GPS to measure your distance. It also has several features to motivate you to run: 1) you can preset exercise intervals and distances; 2) it allows you to listen to music while running; 3) a voice informs you about the progress of your run; and 4) it stores a history of your runs. The mobile interface shows you a list of your runs, while the web site has Fitness Reports with visualizations of your runs.

Foursquare

Foursquare is a service that helps you keep track of the places that you visit. Foursquare is available on many devices, such as iPhone, Blackberry, and Android. Every time you visit a place, you "check in" to the place to earn points and badges. Over time, you will acquire a history of places you visit as well as badges. You can share your history with your friends. People have created visualizations of Foursquare check-ins, e.g. WeePlaces and 4sqMaps.

Momento

Momento is an iPhone journal writing app. It allows you to make entries using text or photos and allows you to tag them with people from your address book, and locations from the GPS as well as category tags. In addition to what you capture on the phone itself, the app can automatically include events from web services, including twitter, facebook, flickr, and others. Any web service that provides an RSS or ATOM feed can be included. The app also has export and backup features.

Sleep Cycle

Sleep Cycle is an iPhone alarm clock app which analyzes your sleep patterns and wakes you when you are in the lightest sleep phase. The application uses the accelerometer in the iPhone to detect your motion during sleep, and analyzes this to identify periods of deep sleep, shallow sleep, and dreaming. As well as the alarm function, sleep cycle produces sleep graphs showing the progression of sleep during the night.
