Sleep Cycle

Sleep Cycle is an iPhone alarm clock app which analyzes your sleep patterns and wakes you when you are in the lightest sleep phase. The application uses the accelerometer in the iPhone to detect your motion during sleep, and analyzes this to identify periods of deep sleep, shallow sleep, and dreaming. As well as the alarm function, sleep cycle produces sleep graphs showing the progression of sleep during the night.

Anki is a software package which supports a flashcard based method for memorization used spaced repetition. It allows you to create decks of flashcards containing information to be memorized, and then schedules them for you to review. The review schedule is automatically modified based on your performance on each item. Glympse is a mobile location-sharing tool. In using it, you send recipients a web link that allows them to see your location for a specified amount of time. Once the time is up, the link expires. Health Month

Health Month is a social game for keeping healthy habits - one month at a time. Every month starts a new game, for which a user will choose 1 or more rules to try to stick to for a month. There are different healthy behavior rule categories, such as dietary, fitness, relationship, mental health and financial health. Users are assigned to brackets with people similar to them. Users get life points and fruit for complying with rules and lose points when don't comply. Fruit can be used to heal other players who've lost points.
