    did you track diet, food groups, quantity, how late you eat/drink, alkalinity, etc.? The role of food on sleep, acid/alkaline balance, and how late you eat before bed play a role, and I’d be interested to see if someone quantified that.

    Interesting presentation. I’m getting a FitBit (.com) for Father’s day this year. It claims to show sleep quality (in lower detail) through a pair of accelerometers. Perhaps if you wore both you could gain more clarity?
